Real Photo specialises in residential and commercial real estate and architectural photography offering marketing solutions for professional agencies and private vendors alike. All images are digitally enhanced and retouched as required ensuring your property is shown in the best possible light.
Our packages have fixed prices yet you may customise any package by adding images for an additional fee. As prices vary between the Sydney and Sunshine Coast markets, please contact us directly to obtain a price list.
Sales Packages – Daylight Package:
Includes Exteriors, Interiors and Views. Allow up to 1 hour for this session.
A high-resolution set of images is produced for printed advertising as well as low-resolution images for web use. The web images are delivered by email for your immediate viewing and both sets are sent to your office on CD by post the next business day.
Sales Packages – Twilight Package:
Twilight photography is a great way to capture your property at dusk capturing that warm ambience that makes a property so appealing. This includes Exteriors, Interiors and Views during Daylight and Twilight. Allow up to 2 hours for this photo session. Images are delivered as for the Daylight Package.
Rental Packages
Our Rental Package is a great service to offer clients as our professional photography attracts more interest, rents more quickly saving the client money. More often than not, amateur photos are used and properties sit empty longer than is necessary. Your agency image is enhanced by offering a consistent photographic standard to your rental listings. Images are resized to web specifications, ready to upload to yours or a third party website, delivered by email.
Media Package – Photos, Copywriting and Floor Plans
Please contact our Sydney office to discuss this complete package encompassing copywriting and floor plans to promote the property in the best possible manner. Copywriting is also offered as a separate service, so you can concentrate on marketing the property and looking after your client.
